– With the failure of the pelvic floor muscles, the tone of the muscles decreases, which keeps the pelvic organs (uterus, bladder, rectum) in the correct position. Because of this, over time, their omission occurs, causing a violation of the function of these organs. You can strengthen the pelvic muscles with the help of physiotherapy exercises. Special exercises will improve the blood supply to the pelvic organs, will prevent and get rid of urinary incontinence, prolapse of the uterus, hemorrhoids. They will also be useful for the prevention of inflammatory diseases of the female genital area, preparation for pregnancy (but not during pregnancy itself) and for improving intimate life.
